It’s been a while old friend…
Wow, can you believe that it has been over two months since I stepped foot in my gym!!? Craziness I know!!
That doesn’t mean I haven’t been doing anything… I have actually taken my training outside. There is nothing more relaxing and motivating as running outside on a sunny summer day.
On average I think that I have been clocking somewhere around 30-40km {18-24 miles} per week in prep for my 10km marathon in September…
but….
two weeks ago I started to get really really bad shin splint, so I have been taken’er easy for the past little while… and since it was raining today I decided it was time to get active again and head to the gym.

Elliptical Crosstrainer
Abs:
20 reverse crunches

What activities have you been up to this summer? Rollerblading? Maybe swimming?
I would love to get a bike and start biking, but unfortunately i just don’t have the $$$ right now 🙁
