2013 Colour Forecast with Para Paints

As our weather forecast turns cold and wintery, there is one thing that is heating up… the 2013 Colour Forecast.

Hues of mauve and lavender, to peacock teals and sapphire seas. Contemporary accents of tangy oranges and happy, bright and cheery yellows. These are just a few of the future colour trends Para Paints is forecasting in 2013.

Para Paints will be unveiling its new Colour Forecast Palette and ColourSquare Coordinating Tool at the Interior Design Show today. Their vibrant and edgy palette offers you the latest in colour trends and will act as a guide in directing a home’s complete decor scheme – which really takes the guess work out of coordinating colours.

Para’s Colour Forecast Palette and ColourSquare Coordinating Tool is unlike any other colour match tool (and I happen to think it’s pretty damn cool!). Made up of 75 new colours and 56 coordinating colour groups, the ColourSquare tool allows you to easily find the right colour combos for walls, draperies, rugs and accessories.

Simply place the square over a colour that you like, and within the frame you will see the surrounding colours that perfectly coordinate with the one you have chosen.

You can now you create an individual colour palette of cutting-edge, trendy colours that have been professionally matched with stylish neutrals, making the task of choosing colour easier, faster and more cohesive.

Although the release of the Colour Forecast Palette and ColourSquare Coordinating Tool will be at IDS13, you can get a sneak peek of the new tool on Para’s website.
