The Royal Wedding

It’s pretty much the only thing people are talking about… at my office, on Twitter, on Facebook, on TV… The Royal Wedding… it’s everywhere! I also know a lot of people are on the “wedding-schmedding” side of things, but not me… not this kid… I am just taking it all in and loving it!

I think this is going to be one of the biggest events in my lifetime… {short of a zombie apocalypse… yes I think about that… hey, it could happen!}

I am still on the fence as to whether or not I will be jumping on the crazy train and getting up early tomorrow morning to watch the nuptials… but I feel like if I don’t watch it live, I will be missing out…

I was a big Diana fan when I was in grade 5 & 6…. I did a speech on her, I had the big book of Diana, and I even had a crush on her eldest son {I mean what 10 year old girl didn’t in 1995, right?}…. I remember watching the news coverage of her car crash on TV, and even though I might not have fully understood what had happened, I knew that the world had lost a very special person….

So, from this little corner of the world… and from this {even smaller} corner of the internet… I wish Prince William & Kate Middleton the best of luck tomorrow, and long life together filled with love & happiness!

And I promise to you {my readers} that you won’t hear another peep from me about the wedding because I know the next three weeks are going to be overkill…

Ok, I might have something to say about the dress…

And potentially the decor…

and maybe even weather…
