Last Week According to My iPhone // In the Kitchen with Jehangir Mehta

Last week I had the wonderful opportunity to spend some time at the University of Massachusetts running a mushroom promotion. To close out the week my client brought in restaurant owner & celebrity chef Jehangir Mehta to cook a special five-course mushroom dinner. As I stood there in the kitchen, camera in hand, we chatted about his experience on The Next Iron Chef, what reality TV is really like, and what happens when you try to cut yoga class in Mumbai. The dinner was phenomenal. Everything from the oysters to the mushroom panna cotta (yes, mushrooms for dessert!) was cooked to perfection. Now I must find a way to get a celebrity chef to cook for me every night…
