Sesame Asian Salad Topped with Crispy Noodles
I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to come home and have a salad for lunch. There is nothing worse than travelling for 4 days and just eating junk food… the “On the Road” diet doesn’t cut it for me. By the end of my travels I would much rather eat a bag of lettuce than another plate of nachos…
Back to the salad.
It’s pretty simple. I honestly just threw in what I had in my fridge at the time. That’s the beauty of salads! I also enjoy a little crunch in my salads, and these asian noodles did the trick.
