I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to come home and have a salad for lunch. There is nothing worse than travelling for 4 days and just eating junk food… the “On the Road” diet doesn’t cut it for me. By the end of my travels I would much rather eat a bag of lettuce than another plate of nachos…
Back to the salad.
It’s pretty simple. I honestly just threw in what I had in my fridge at the time. That’s the beauty of salads! I also enjoy a little crunch in my salads, and these asian noodles did the trick.
Asian Sesame Salad
3 cups Bagged Salad Mix
5-6 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
10 Sugar Snap Peas
1 tbsp Crystallized Ginger
1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
1/4 cup Dried Asian Noodles
1. Put mixed salad in a large bowl
2. Wash and cut other veggies. Add to salad.
3. Add dressing and toss to coat.
3. Top with sesame seeds, ginger and noodles.
