My Top 7

1. Making Things with Makeful // Last week I had the opportunity to attend a fun maker workshop hosted by Melissa, Katri and the new specialty channel, Makeful. We drank momosas, stuffed our faces with mac n’ cheese squares, lamb chop lolly pops, crispy shrimp, and crafted to our hearts content! At the end of the day we all walked away with a beautiful handcrafted holiday envelope and a Christmas wreath. The Makeful channel is currently in free preview, so check your local listings for channel info!

2. Toronto Christmas Market // If you have never been to the Toronto Christmas Market in the Historic Distillery District it’s a must see! The annual 28 day event captures all of the heritage and charm you would find at a traditional European market. With over 80 shops, boutiques, and food & beverage booths you are sure to find a handcrafted gift for those hard to buy for people on your list… or even a hot-toddy or two for yourself!

3. Shakshuka // I have quickly become obsessed with this dish! I mean, what’s not to love? Eggs are slowly poached in a rich and spicy tomato sauce and then sprinkled with fresh grated Parmesan cheese. And don’t forget about the crusty bread to soak up all that goodness! #Yum

4. Winter is HERE! // It’s hard to ignore how beautiful the world looks after a snowfall….

5. A New Addition // After what seemed to be the fastest 40 weeks of my life my little sister gave birth to a beautiful & healthy baby boy on November 7th! Welcome to the family little Lincoln!

6. At Home Sarah Style // If I had to describe Sarah Richardson’s new book in one sentence it would simply be “beautifully curated.” Every room, every recipe, every page of this book is so well thought out… it should definitely be included on your Christmas Wish List this year!

7. The Art of Home // Last weekend my sister and I made a quick trip to Cambridge to visit a store that has been on our “visit” list for months now… The Art of Home. Every single vignette in the store is so perfectly styled… it’s hard not to fall in love with this store!
