Everybody’s Talking about the Grammy’s

I didn’t intend to, but I ended up watching the Grammy’s last night, and I am pretty glad I did!

I wasn’t really into the actual awards part of the ceremony, but I found myself mesmerized by the performances… and three great ones stick out in my mind…

Lady Gaga & Elton John

I thought that this opening act was incredible! It caught your attention, and made you stop to watch. Gaga and Elton sounded great together, like they were always meant to sing together. And you can’t deny that Elton looked fab in those glittery glasses 😉

Pink

One word for this one: stunning!
Anyone who can be hung from the ceiling, spun in circles, dunked in a tank of water, and still NOT lip sync is good stuff in my books.

Beyonce

Girl can work it!!! I loved the segway between “If I Were a Boy” and Alanis Morissette’s “You Oughta Know.” I would have thought she for sure would have performed “Single Ladies,” since it was up for so many awards, but I am glad she did what she did.
