Slices of luscious smoked salmon, hard-boiled eggs, and refreshing cucumber are elevated thanks to the deliciousness of zesty red onions, briny capers, and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning. Tie it all together with a dollop of creamy cream cheese with a tangy lemon twist. This bowl is my go-to for an energy boost any time of day!


Ingredients

  • 50 g smoked salmon
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 2 mini cucumbers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup pea sprouts
  • 1 slice red onion
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon


Instructions

  1. Arrange smoked salmon, eggs, cucumbers, pea sprouts, onion, and cream cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with capers and everything bagel seasoning.
  3. Squeeze 1/4 slice of fresh lemon over entire dish. Enjoy!
