Sweet & juicy peaches pair perfectly with salty prosciutto, creamy Burrata, fragrant pesto and a drizzle of tangy balsamic reduction in this super easy flatbread recipe! If “Summer” was available in flatbread format, this would be it!
1 Italian-style Flatbread
2 tbsp basil pesto
1/4 cup Burrata cheese
1/2 peach, pitted and thinly sliced
2 slices of prosciutto, cut into pieces
1 tbsp fresh basil, roughly chopped
Drizzle of balsamic reduction
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Place flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Layer on pesto, burrata, peach slices, and prosciutto.
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes, or until edges of flatbread start to turn golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped basil and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Enjoy warm.
