1 // I’ve been trying to soak up the last of this summer weather… I can’t believe the heat wave we’ve been experiencing! Normally our patio furniture would already be in storage, but it’s been too nice to put it all away!
2 // The beautiful flowers from the Petals and Plates event a few weeks ago have been a stunning centerpiece in my dining room! I just wish they could have made it all the way to Thanksgiving!
3 // It’s white mini pumpkin season!
4 // In the middle of the heat wave we decided to take our annual family trip to Snyder’s Family Farm! It was nice and all, but I think we might go back once the cooler weather hits… it just didn’t feel like Fall…. nor did I feel like picking or carrying pumpkins in the 35 degree weather!
5 // While it might not feel like Fall outside, you better believe it’s feeling like Fall on the inside! I’ve been devouring everything “pumpkin spice” related… coffees, lattes, pies, cookies… #PumpkinSpiceEverything
6 // This Sweet Potato Hummus recipe has been on repeat for the past few weeks… it’s so easy to make and is delicious with baked pita chips!
7 // The studio kitchen at Real Food Creative is finally complete (we had the last drawer installed last week)!! It will mostly be used as our test kitchen and photography/video studio, but if you are in Kitchener-Waterloo and looking for a place to hold an event we will be renting it out!
8 // BLOGPODIUM!!!!! It’s amazing how fast this conference sneaks up on me every year! I’ll be sharing a more detailed post on the experience and what I learned shortly! 🙂
9 // The wonderful BlogPodium team with our Keynote Speaker, Shea Mcgee!
10 // And no week would be complete without Sunday brunch! I was lucky enough to tag along to brunch with Shea, Jen, Brittany, Leslie, Erin, and the lovely ladies from Metrie on Sunday. If you are ever in the Distillery District, Cluny is the place to be! And their French Toast is amazing!
